For cancellations and rescheduled appointments under 48 hours- No charge. Cancellations / rescheduled appointments 24-48 hours before- 50% service charge. Cancellations / rescheduled appointments under 24 hours and No Shows- 100% service charge. If you have saved your card details online- we have permission to charge your card directly if there is a cancellation fee.
