Salon Term's & Conditions

Cancellation Policy

Please note 24 hours is required for all cancellations, otherwise 50% of total treatment price will be charged, if I am

unable to fill the reserved treatment slot. For cancellations on the day less than 5 hours before will result into a charge of 75% of the appointment. Cancellations should be made by calling me on 07503219052 or messaging

me on Instagram or Facebook.

Non refundable deposits 

For full sets of eyelash extensions non refundable deposits are required upon booking, the deposit amount ranges from £15-£25 depending on the type of lashes you are wanting.

Punctuality and Courtesy

I will only be accepting appointments from clients aged 16+ (under 18's must have written consent from their parents/ guardians). Arriving late may interfere with your treatment, all appointments will end at their scheduled time so that the next client will not be delayed and a full charge will be applied. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment, we require this time for you to complete a personal consultation card, this document is 100% confidential and is used for treatment purposes only.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non refundable and are valid for 12 months from the purchase date and will not be accepted after the expiry date.   Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred. Your gift voucher number must be quoted at the time of booking and the voucher handed to the therapist at the start of your treatment.

Medical Conditions 

Please inform your therapist of any medical condition including pregnancy prior to booking as some treatments may not be appropriate for you.

Post Covid Hygiene 

Salon Hygiene is the utmost importance, after ever client all surfaces are sanitised and all tools are sterilised to the highest levels of cleanliness.  I will be wearing full PPE and have introduced new measures to adapt to the new standards of sanitisation and safety requirements. Wearing a mask to your appointment is COMPULSORY, if you don't have your own you can purchase on that will be added to your appointment charge.

Payment 

Cash is the preferred payment however bank transfer is also accepted if you are unable to get cash.

​

Patch testing

Patch testing is required 24-48hrs before your appointment for new clients if you're trying a new lash or brow treatment that you haven't tried before.

​

Personal Items

Please ensure you retrieve all of your personal items before leaving the premises as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.
